Products purchased from verified sellers are delivered by a courier service of your choice that covers the whole of Serbia.

How can I get free shipping?

Some retailers offer free shipping on a certain order amount. For example the seller can offer free shipping for a total order of more than 12000 RSD.

Do I pay for each product separately for shipping?

No, if you buy several items from the same seller, you only pay for one delivery, that is, the price is calculated based on the total weight of all products. For example 2 items, each of 2 kg from the same seller, you pay only 450 RSD, instead of 450 RSD for each package.

How much is shipping?

The price is 450 RSD. All prices include VAT.

When will my package be delivered?

The delivery deadline is defined on each product. If you are purchasing multiple products, the package delivery time is equal to the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time.

Delivery terms

Delivery is made to the entrance to the residential building of the desired address. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the package to the floor where the customer is, but to the entrance of the building.
